At The Collective every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care, however, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250.
For orders under $250 a flat rate fee of $15 will be charged.
This is applicable for orders within Australia only.
For orders outside of Australia please email or call us to discuss shipping options. Quotes will need to be given based on weight and size of the parcel and where it is being sent.

Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and with all packaging and labels intact.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay the costs of all postage on returning items and ensure they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage and packaging to resend the new item.

A refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Please see Faulty Items for more information.

Sale items are not able to be returned, exchanged or refunded, we will only approve the return of regular priced items.

Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receiving, with labels and packaging intact.
The Collective will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault.
Delivery fees will be included in the refund of deemed faulty items.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note return shipping is best sent via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
The Collective cannot take any responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
