At Handmade Tania Angeli every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care, however, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $249.

For orders under $249 a flat rate fee of $15 will be charged.

For orders outside of Australia a flat rate of $45 will be charged.

International customers are responsible for any additional customs charges.

Automatic AU$100 insurance covers your package. Should you desire additional insurance please let us know

Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and with all packaging and labels intact.

Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay the costs of all postage on returning items and ensure they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage and packaging to resend the new item.

A refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Please see Faulty Items for more information.

Tania Angeli Handmade cannot be responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Sale items are not able to be returned, exchanged or refunded, we will only approve the return of regular priced items.

Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receiving, with labels and packaging intact.

The Collective will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault.

Delivery fees will be included in the refund of deemed faulty items.
